Payments and Fees

- We are not a party to any service contract between users and are not liable for disputes.
Platform Liability
FIX.CY acts as a platform connecting service providers and users. We do not provide the services listed, are not a party to any agreements between users, and cannot guarantee the accuracy, quality, legality, or safety of user-provided services or messages sent via “Message Fixer” or other communication tools. Users are responsible for verifying the credentials and reliability of other users and for all interactions resulting from their content, including communications via messages, phone, or WhatsApp. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or disputes arising from user interactions or transactions on the platform.
Intellectual Property
All content on FIX.CY, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by us or licensed to us and protected by copyright laws.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations.
- Use automated systems to scrape or access the platform.
- Post or transmit any malicious code or spam.
- Sending unsolicited, harassing, or harmful messages via “Message Fixer,” phone, WhatsApp, or other communication features.
- Using the platform messaging tools for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading purposes.
