Who can use FIX.CY?
Both service providers and people looking for services can use FIX.CY. Whether you’re a business, freelancer, or just need help with a task, the platform is open to everyone.
Using the Platform
How do I find a service?
Visit the “All Listings” section.
Use filters to refine results by:
* Category
* Price Range
* Rating
* Location
* Features (24/7 Availability, Certified, Bilingual Support, etc.)
What is “Post Your Need”?
This option lets you request a specific service without browsing. Just describe your need, and service providers will contact you directly with offers.
Can I contact the service provider directly?
Yes!
On each listing page, you can contact the Fixer via:
* Message Fixer

Listing Services
How do I add my service to FIX.CY?
You can list your service in two ways:
1) Top Menu: Click “Add Listing” → “Services“
2) Dashboard: Go to your “Dashboard” → “Add Listing” → “Services“
You’ll be asked to fill in the following:
* Title
* Category
* Description
* Pricing (EUR) (Starting From)
* Service Location (Move the Pin to the Service Location)
* Service Info (Phone, Email, Website, Social Links)
* Features (24/7 Availability, Certified, Bilingual Support, etc.)
* Media Upload (up to 5 images, total max size: 20MB)
* Optional Video (YouTube or Vimeo link)

How long does my listing stay active?
* “Services“: 90 days
* “Post Your Need“: 30 days
Listing types:
* Standard (Free)
* Promoted (€4.99): Pinned at the top for 30 days
Listing Limits & Slots
Each Fixer has 2 Free listing slots.
Additional slots can be purchased at:
1 slot: €4.99
3 slots: €9.98
Purchase extra slots on the Buy Listing Slot page.
You cannot add a new listing if you don’t have available slots.
How to Post a Job/Task
How do I post a service request?
Use the Top Menu or your Dashboard:
Go to “Add Listing” → “Post Your Need“
You’ll be asked to fill in the following:
* Title
* Category
* Needed On (Date)
* Payment (Per Hour, Per Month, Per Project, etc.)
* Budget (€)
* Requirements (Description)
* Location (Move the Pin to the Location of Your Need)
Your request stays visible for 30 days.
Promotion & Pricing
What are the listing options and their costs?
* Standard Listings (Free)
* Promoted Listings (€4.99): Pinned at the top for 30 days
How can I promote my listing?
You can promote your listing to appear at the top of relevant pages:
1) During Submission:
When adding a new listing, select the Promoted (€4.99) option before publishing.
2) From Dashboard:
In your “Dashboard“, under “My Listings“, click Promote button next to the listing you want to promote.
3) From Listing Page:
Click the Promote button on your own listing page.
Promoting your listing boosts visibility and helps attract more potential clients.
Payments
Payments for promotions and slot purchases are securely processed via Stripe.

What’s in my Dashboard?
Your Dashboard lets you manage:
* “My Listings” (Published, Expired)
* “My Profile” (Fixer Info)
* “Favorite Listings” (Liked Listings)
* “Preferences” (Privacy Settings)
Can I edit, pause/resume, or delete my listings?
Yes.
To manage your listing, go to your “Dashboard” → “My Listings“:
* 📝 Click Edit next to the listing you want to update
* ⏯️ Click More › Pause Listing or Resume Listing to temporarily hide or show your listing
* 🗑️ Click More › Delete Listing to permanently remove it
You can do this anytime from your dashboard.
Can I see how my listing is performing?
Yes!
Each listing has analytics for:
Views
Phone clicks
WhatsApp clicks
You can access analytics:
From your listing page → click Analytics button.
From your “Dashboard” → click the Analytics icon next to each listing.
